How can I determine my frame size?
Most of our frames have the size measurements printed on the inside of the temple. You can also refer to our digital Fit Guide on each product page to find the dimensions for lens width, bridge width, and temple length.
Do you offer prescription lenses online?
Yes, we offer high-quality prescription lenses for both optical frames and sunglasses. You can upload your valid prescription during the checkout process or email it to our customer service team after placing your order.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn frames in their original packaging. Please note that custom prescription lenses are tailored to your specific needs and may be subject to different return conditions.
Where are Oliver Peoples frames manufactured?
Our frames are designed in our West Hollywood studio and manufactured in Italy and Japan using the finest materials, including custom-colored acetate and high-grade titanium.
How do I care for my eyewear?
To maintain your frames, always store them in their protective case when not in use. Clean the lenses using the provided microfiber cloth and a gentle lens cleaner, avoiding harsh chemicals or paper towels that could scratch the surface.
Is a warranty included with my purchase?
Yes, all Oliver Peoples eyewear is covered by a 24-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.
