We offer complimentary returns on all orders within 30 days of delivery, provided the eyewear is in its original, unworn condition with all packaging intact. Please note that prescription lenses and custom-made frames are considered final sale.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully place the eyewear in its original leather case and box, ensuring all cleaning cloths and authenticity certificates are included.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return shipping carton.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receipt.
